Hi!  I'm PJ - a lovely, soft, short haired, front declawed, young adult cat.  I came to Rainbow in pretty bad shape but the staff quickly got me taken care of! I've had oral surgery to take care of some painfully broken teeth and was treated for a very horrible urinary tract infection and bladder stones.  I'm of course up to date on all my vaccinations, spayed and FIV/Feline Leukemia negative so I'm ready for a new home!

Because of the bladder stones and infection, I will need to eat canned food only and will need a family that will keep a close eye on my litter box in case I end up having trouble again. 

I'm quite an affectionate cat but I'm not always crazy about being picked up.  I do love to eat and purr while eating (I went for a while without food before I made my way to Rainbow) and I'm very fond of chasing feather toys.  I am not so sure about other animals but there are so many new ones in and out each day - I may do better in a home where there is less going on. 

I love my friends at Rainbow, but living at the vet's office isn't my cup of tea so I'm hoping someone will give me a great home soon!  Please contact my friends at Rainbow for more information or to meet me :-)
